Second .- The selection of records will be through the analysis of relevant experience in each of the following distinctions:
I. CIVIC MERIT, ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL WORK. Outstanding activities designed to improve and intensify relations between citizens and authorities, and facilitate the exercise of public function in response to the community by promoting the organization of the community. Promoting awareness, exercise and / or respect for the rights and obligations of citizens. Fourth .- Requirements for registration.
